Here at Collective London we adopt a people-first mentality within every brief. This allows us to recommend the right solutions for our clients based on audience needs, whilst staying agnostic when it comes to technology.

We believe that when your favourite tool is a hammer, every problem looks like a nail. Collective’s independence keeps us objective and neutral. Allowing us to deliver beautifully crafted ideas, forming the foundations of a brilliant brand experience.

So, who are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly motivated Design Intern to join our Creative Department for 3 months.

Firstly, we keep a very open mind when it comes to recruitment. If you’re keen to learn, develop your career and leap into the next stage of your design career – read on.

We don’t believe the perfect candidate has to come from a particular background or agency – for us it’s important that you know what you’re looking for from your next role and tell us why you’d like to join Collective.

Our agency is instilled with an entrepreneurial and independent spirit, which provides everyone the freedom to have a voice, develop ideas and collaborate together – so we’re looking for someone who shares this ethos.

Also, we’re an ego-free environment (yes, really), so you can leave that at the door.

The role

  • Work collaboratively with more senior designers for the production of medium to large scale projects.
  • Work on and manage your own projects on a small to medium scale.

What you’ll need:

  • Good understanding of graphic and interactive design principles
  • Passion for digital
  • To be a natural born talent in typography, layout and design
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Suite
  • To be a natural team player: energetic, enthusiastic, intelligent and self-motivated.
