What type of person are we looking for?

Here at Collective, we’re a small, close-knit team of committed individuals that see ourselves as a bit of a family. So, as you’d expect, the personal qualities of the people we hire are often just as important as the skills they bring.

The people who thrive at Collective are intelligent, passionate self-starters who truly care about the work they do. To succeed in Collective, you’ll be the sort of person who is proud of their achievements but driven to improve and achieve more.

We keep things simple and operate a very flat structure. We’ll want you to use your undoubted intelligence to challenge, disrupt and question our thinking, but we’ll expect to do the same to you. We aren’t motivated by fancy job titles. Good people quickly earn all the influence and respect they can handle at Collective. For many, the greatest reward is seeing their idea have real impact in the marketplace.

With this role you’ll find a client with ambitions to change the perception, and business performance of their brand using social media.

We’re looking for someone who will share the ambition and relish the challenge to do this too. You’ll be the editor-in-chief, taking pride in every piece of content the team produces and caring about the feedback from audiences, and pan-European stakeholders. Showing the worth of the work is critical, this is no vanity project, the success on social is fundamental to drive our client’s business results.
